She was able to determine Joe’s condition but recommend further test conduct on Joe to verify her diagnosis.  After Joe got back his lab result confirming that he was suffering from Huntington’s disease as the doctor had suspected she was able to comfort them and give him and Rosie that is his wife a way forward.

The receptionist was able to give priority to patients that arrived earlier and those that had emergencies to see the doctor first and gave patients a specific day to see the doctor creating that effectiveness in the hospital.
